These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ransjitu ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the ransjitu website, mobile app, games, and all services offered by ransjitu.

By registering an account, making your first deposit, using any game, or simply browsing the ransjitu platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published on ransjitu.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ransjitu customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method once all security checks are completed.

• Closed accounts cannot be re-registered using the same information.
• Members who have undergone self-exclusion are not permitted to register a new account during the exclusion period.

Ransjitu provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee absolute continuity of service due to technical and external factors that may arise.

Ransjitu shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from circumstances beyond ransjitu's reasonable control, including internet disruptions, third-party failures, or natural disasters. ransjitu's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
